Leo, 58, of Huntington Station, is also running on the Independence and Working Families lines. He has served as attorney for the Town of Huntington since 2002. He is also an attorney in private practice, concentrating on labor-management relations, collective bargaining, arbitration, civil litigation, civil RICO, real estate, trust and estates, and election law, in addition to a general commercial practice. He received his bachelor's degree from Fordham University, his master's of business administration from New York University School of Business, and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1982. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States District Court of the Southern, and Eastern Districts.
